The typical pay for this role is:

$21.50 *This is a tip eligible position.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As a Valet Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
• Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
• Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
• Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary
• Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
• Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure
• Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
• Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
