Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort assistance as needed.
• Meticulously maintain records and efficiently manage parking logistics.
• Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm, friendly demeanor; all while maintaining a commitment to excellent customer care.
• Provide exceptional valet services, ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles.
• Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.

About You…

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations, and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record as well as the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

We value your prior experience in valet services or hospitality even though this is not a requirement.

About The Job

As a Valet Attendant, you are the first and last person patients and guests see during their visit, which allows you to make positive first and last impressions. In this role, you will welcome patients and guests, assist them, load & unload vehicles , and park & retrieve their vehicles. Alongside your fellow team members, you will help elevate the patient experience!
