Role Summary: The position involves working as a Valet at the organization, providing parking services to customers and guests. Role within the Organization: As a Valet, you play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive first and last impression for visitors to the organization. Your responsibilities directly contribute to the overall customer experience and satisfaction. By providing reliable and efficient parking services, you help ensure that visitors and guests have a hassle-free and enjoyable experience, aligning with the organization's commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated parking areas.
  2. Greet customers and provide courteous assistance with their vehicles.
  3. Handle customer belongings and vehicles with care.
  4. Maintain an organized and orderly parking area.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  6. Follow all parking and safety protocols.
  7. Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  8. Assist in managing high-traffic periods and peak hours.

Qualifications:

  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and sometimes stressful situations.
  • Customer service experience, demonstrating a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
