About the role:

Are you passionate about designing immersive solutions that elevate the financial well-being of people across the country? We’re searching for an exceptional UX/UI Designer to join us on our mission. Our financial coaching services are transformational, and we’re eager to find someone who can own the design of innovative user experiences across our platforms. Collaborating closely with our marketing and development teams, you will create intuitive and gorgeous interfaces that drive user engagement. Your ability to leverage user-centered design principles will have real impact in empowering our members achieve their financial goals.

On a typical day you might:

• Collaborate in the creating, supporting, and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to anticipate various member journey scenarios and use cases, identifying key touch points and opportunities for engagement.
• Navigate ambiguous requirements and quickly brainstorm/sketch concepts, ideas, and wireframes for the experience (such as interactive tools, progress trackers, and reward systems) to visualize the proposed solutions.
• Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences.
• Develop and maintain documentation of customer behaviors.
• Design beautiful, useful, and desirable user-centered interfaces and experiences that leverage valuable market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Monitor user engagement and leverage data to identify areas for improvement, iterating on the experience to enhance its effectiveness.
• Research users to gather insights into demographics, psychographics, needs, motivations, behaviors, and pain points.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience with consumer brand experience design and an understanding of storytelling
• 6+ years of proven design experience with: Customer journey mapping, UX research and data analysis, User experience and User flows, UI design, Wire-framing and mockups
• Experience with a variety of design tools like Figma, Framer, Sketch
• An available online portfolio
