User Researcher Jobs

User Researcher – Remote – $55/hr – 6 month contract Requirements Mainz Brady Group is a technology staffing firm with offices in California, Oregon and Washington. We specialize in Information Technology and Engineering placements on a Contract, Contract-to-hire and Direct Hire basis. • Experience working in B2B and/or B2C environment
• Deep experience with mixed methods applied across the product development process
• Implement multi-method research studies that incorporate both qual and quant methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, PMs, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to evaluate experiences, understand user needs, and uncover product opportunities.
• Clear, compelling presentation and communication style
• Advocate and guide strategy for design and product direction.
• 4+ years of UX Research-related work experience
• Demonstrated skills for collaborating closely with other researchers, designers, product managers and engineers
• Design, plan, and execute research that impacts product team immediate roadmaps and long-term strategies.
• Socialize research within the organization and across the company in innovative and engaging ways.
