User Interface Designer Jobs

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design the user interface for one of the most innovative and groundbreaking app concepts in modern history, in a fun and exciting startup atmosphere

• Planning, creating, revising the user interface design of our mobile application

• Collaborate with the founders, project manager, and Engineering team to ensure the needs of the user are being met, and the creative vision aligns with implementation

• Design ideas that can be communicated via storyboards and user stories

• Ensure simplification of both the app and user experience, while maintaining a high aesthetic standard

• Execute all vision design stages from concept to implementation

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

• Create process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Conduct user research and evaluate and analyze user feedback, and incorporating that feedback into the design process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field

• 3-5 years experience in designing user interfaces for mobile applications

• Proficient experience with the following tools:
• Jira, Asana, Figma, Adobe (a plus)

• B2C mobile application experience in the tech industry

• Positive and warm attitude

• Love for a fun, high-energy startup environment

• Sense of humor
