Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Senior Manager I, Program Management for Virtual Care operations will be responsible for creating and implementing new processes and programs. The role will be primarily responsible for 3 key areas:
  • Team reporting and communication - supporting total virtual care in reporting status updates, success metrics, milestones, progress to the broader organization.
  • New initiative and nonstandard programs - opportunity vetting, implementation, and success evaluation, primarily external programs
  • Special projects - managing cross functional stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion, primarily internal projects

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 3 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area. 1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
