POSITION SUMMARY:
Actively recruit prospective students to the University through high school visits, college fairs, campus tours, on-campus events, and other opportunities.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Recruit prospective students from specified territory to the University;
• Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Admissions, Vice President for Enrollment Management, or President.
• Assist Office of Admissions with admissions and advisement as needed;
• Sustain a system of visitation and follow-up at select high schools, community and junior colleges, and technology centers, and within communities;
• Disseminate accurate information to prospective students in a timely manner;
• Collaborate with recruitment team to develop and carry out recruitment events;
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with high school counselors and community college staff members;
• Maintain prospective student database;
• Maintain communication with prospective students through face-to-face interaction and the recruitment communication plan;
• Assist in coordination of campus visit program;

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to sit, stand, drive, and walk for prolonged periods of time is required;
• Ability to lift 35 pounds, bend, reach, speak, see, and type is required.
• Work is performed in a variety of indoor and outdoor settings;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree required and experience in higher education setting preferred

8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. Mon-Fri
Evenings and weekends as necessary

Pay: $28,129.79 - $30,000.45 per year
