UI/UX Designer
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

The successful candidate is a quick learner who will seek first to understand, work with the current team to get up to speed, utilize and synthesize work that has already been done to get up to speed quickly on the business. They must be comfortable in a start-up environment and thrive on finding creative solutions. There is no playbook outside of the mission we share and the values we embrace.
ROLE
This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the design standards across our suite of products. This role is located in our NYC office.
You will be responsible for
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, to understand user needs and design effective solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into our product design strategy.
- Working closely with software developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet design specifications.
- Creating and maintaining design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all applications and platforms.
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for software applications that effectively communicate product features and functionality.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- An ability to follow a task through to completion and implementation, gather feedback, and constantly improve the product design process.
You must be an enterprising self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on flawless execution. You will win by turning ideas into action, strategy into tangible execution that will create value for TMRW and our customers. You will work closely with our Product and Technology teams.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on software applications.
- You are a curious collaborator and strong team player

The pay range for this position is: $75,000 - $86,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at this time. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
Experience
Preferred- 2 - 3 years: Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or Figma.
- 2 year(s): Experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on software applications.
