Job Role: Digital / UX Designer

Location: NYC (Hybrid)

Contract: (Initial 6-12 weeks with the opportunity of a permanent position)

Possibl are currently supporting a fantastic design consultancy based in NYC who are looking to bolster their full-service digital offerings with a Digital / UX Designer on an initial contract basis with the potential of a permanent offer should that be of mutual interest.

In this role, you'll be a pivotal part of the creative team, shaping captivating web platforms for a range of prestigious brands. The ideal candidate will have a spread of skills to support the team generally covering Design Research, Strategy and implementation for a wide range of digital – and occasionally print – projects.

** Role Responsibilities **

- Craft visually stunning digital design compositions aligned with each brand's unique vision.

- Develop UX wireframes that lay the foundation for seamless navigation and interaction.

- Innovate and conceptualize design ideas that redefine creativity while respecting brand integrity.

- Conducting comprehensive design research and integrating cutting-edge trends.

- Prepare design files and assets that translate seamlessly to the web environment.

- Collaborate actively in creative meetings, contributing insights and partnering effectively with design and development teams

- Ensure flawless execution by conducting rigorous quality control tests on designs.

- Collaborate closely with Senior Designers and Art Directors to bring ambitious projects to life.

**Your Profile **

**Software Skills**

- Adobe Creative Cloud

- Figma

- Sketch

- Presentation design tools like Keynote and PowerPoint.

**Experience and Abilities**

- A solid 2-3 years of professional design experience.

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work to strict deadlines

- Skilled at working within established brand style guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual language.

- Capable of managing multiple concurrently running creative projects and initiatives

- Basic understanding of digital development processes and workflows for seamless collaboration with developers.

- Proficient experience with digital UX/UI principles for creating intuitive, user-centered designs.

- Openness to constructive feedback and a passion for continuous improvement.

** Preferable Experience**

- Proficiency in branding design, including brand identity development and logo design.

- Experience managing teams and/or projects and initiatives
