Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
• Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
• Have a deep understanding of the product vision, strategy, features and user stories.
• Identify new product improvement opportunities to improve the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX).
• Work hand-in-hand with the product team throughout the product development process.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer. preferences.
• Conduct market research and analyze how the product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Develop and deliver Prototypes, Wireframes, Mockups, Flows, User Journey Maps, etc., using visual design tools and test functionality.
• Identify usability issues in the product and make recommendations to address them.

Requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.
• Creative problem-solving and design thinking skills
• Expertise/experience in Visual Design Tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, etc.,
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Product design experience/expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability, testing.
• Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
