Graphic Designer - Hybrid (3 Days/Wk In Office)

Day-to-day delivery of designs that exhibit your creativity, mastery of fundamentals for traditional, digital and packaging design and commitment to consistently exceed expectations.

• In-store décor & signage: You’ll maintain our brand throughout our stores, designing interior décor, point-of-purchase displays and mockups of future décor concepts.
• Digital/interactive design: We interact with our neighbors through a variety of marketing channels and need compelling graphics to support them including banner ads, social media posts, logos, animated gifs and more.
• Print design: Your strong typography and composition skills will work to support our 660+ stores with a variety of printed collateral including print ads, posters, flyers and more.
• Project Management: You’ll work independently to deliver projects in a timely manner and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment, balancing tight deadlines with great design.
• HTML coding & web design: Using your arsenal of email best practices, you’ll create mobile-friendly, responsively designed email templates for our ESP. We also support our website with landing page wireframes and website graphics.
• Packaging design & product brand development: Our growing suite of private brands needs a designer who understands both eye-catching and functional aspects of packaging design to make our products shine on shelf and someone experienced with developing a new brand from start to finish. Our team also handles all product photography and 3D renderings for our private brands.

• 5+ years of experience with an in-house corporate environment
• Product brand development and packaging design experience a must
• Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Dreamweaver. XD or Figma and Dimensions a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Keen attention to detail to complete all designs according to spec and a compelling need to spellcheck, proofread and edit all work
• HTML/CSS knowledge to code emails and landing pages, experience with responsive email coding, CMSs and ESPs
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to correspond with internal team and external vendors
• Exceptional project management skills including prioritization of work and time management
• Familiarity with print production including pre-press, preparing files for print, building final files for output and working with vendors on final approvals
