Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform operational support of all Treasury Management activities, including: Internet Banking activities, Remote Deposit Capture activities; ACH activities; Positive Pay activities; Lockbox activities; Wire Transfer activities.
2. Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel; assists customers with related application requirements such as file formats, parameters and overall product usage; handles routine inquiries and answers questions; provides step by step technical instruction and support via telephone, e-mail or in person; responds to customer inquiries or complaints and forwards messages as appropriate; trouble shoots and resolves problems within given authority.
3. Assists in the implementation process and coordinates all aspects of customer preparedness for product usage; accurately performs customer setups on the appropriate system; coordinates implementation efforts with other departments and vendors; makes changes to existing customer setups; prepares contracts and necessary documentation for customer signature; originates and maintains customer files; enters customer information into various computer programs; follows up on missing information of documentation; conducts daily callback of maintenance reports.
4. Performs daily reviews, monitoring and analysis of various reports, logs and transaction data to verify transactions, track trends, determine usage and profitability, and detect and report unusual or suspicious activity.
5. Assists in the development and implementation of new or enhanced treasury management products and services.
6. Assists with the daily functions of Internet Banking including but not limited to new enrollments, add account requests, password resets and billpay functions.
SECONDARY DUTIES
The position performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position is not responsible for the supervision of staff.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The incumbent is in a non-confined office setting in which they are free to move about at will. In the course of performing the duties and responsibilities of this position spends time writing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), sitting, typing on a computer keyboard, and standing, kneeling and reaching.
The incumbent for this position may operate any of all of the following: telephone, copy and fax machine, adding machine, computer and related printers.
