1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

As the Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking loads for all modes of transportation, while delivering a positive experience to our customers. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Perform freight tendering/carrier selection (with use of routing guide)
  • Perform data entry, complete track, and trace duties
  • Provide freight pay and claims resolution
  • Schedule delivery appointments
  • Monitor carrier performance and compliance issues

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Solid attention to detail
  • Professional work experience
  • The ability to work several sides of an issue to achieve resolution, including carrier, supplier, freight pay and internal customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent
