Customer Support Representative 1St Shift

Starting pay range $20- $24/hrSign on bonus:$500 @ 30 days$500 @ 60 days$1,000 @ 90 daysUSA citizenship required due to ITAR.The Customer Service Rep will connect with the company's customers by replying to queries and clearing up grievances. Tasks also involve restricted warehouse duties on an as needed basis.Obligations/Responsibilities:

• Gathers and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Handles customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the rep's awareness, transfers to the assigned specialist or other pertinent personnel.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Manages customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Restricted warehouse duties include: operating forklift to move inventory, organizing shipping program, and ordering supplies.
• Guarantees that proper actions are taken to solve customers issues and concerns.
• Engages with customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person to give support and information on products or services.

Essential Skills/Capabilities:

• Outstanding communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and capable of resolving customer grievances.
• Skilled computer skills with the capability to learn new software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
