Salary: Base Salary of $36,000 + Production Bonus

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Transportation Manager to join our team. The individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various transportation-related tasks, including calling dispatchers, brokers, managing drivers, and handling proforma invoices for factoring services and account receivables.

Responsibilities:

1. Communication with Dispatchers & Brokers: Act as the primary point of contact for dispatchers and brokers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
2. Driver Management: Oversee and deal with drivers, coordinating schedules, routes, and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Language Skills: Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse client base.
4. Document Management: Utilize medium computer skills to produce and send proforma invoices, and manage factoring services and account receivables. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
5. Financial Oversight: Responsible for managing financial documents, including but not limited to invoices and account receivables, and ensuring they align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
6. General Management: Demonstrate strong management capabilities, leading a team to meet organizational goals and adhering to transportation regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transportation or logistics management.
• License: Valid driver's license may be required.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Medium skills in Microsoft Excel & Word.
