Club Stride, Inc. provides high-quality experiential civic education to increase the scale, impact, and equity of civic engagement. Our approach to civic renewal is youth-centered and participatory and focuses on highlighting connections between media literacy and civic education. Through a series of leadership and equity-based initiatives, Club Stride, Inc. utilizes civic media and technology to inspire youth expression, discussion, and informed action for social change.

Position Details:

This is a full-time position.

The right person will be an energetic, community driven, organized, detail-oriented team builder.

The Transformational Coach Research Associate provides expertise in research, public health, youth development, and community engagement.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in either public health, research, computer science, economics, or business, as well as facility with numbers and the ability to distill large amounts of data and communicate it effectively to others.

Other skills desired include good listening, note taking, presentation and inter social abilities and dynamic abilities to engage with youth.

Responsibilities:

• Creating program/project evaluations, collecting surveys across department to inform the direction of projects and reporting.
• Creating power mapping
• Building and maintaining collaborative support at schools and communities around areas of prevention and Trauma Informed Care.
• Qualitative data gathering that centers youth perspective and participation.
• Assisting in the development and execution of culturally responsive evaluations across programs.
• Community engagement activities and community building
• Assessment and data analysis and presentation to youth.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for projects/programs.
• Creating exercises and/or activities for joint compilation of data with youth
• Conducting YPAR basic training for various youth advocacy teams to prepare them to answer questions about areas of inquiry utilization of key findings and integration of youth voice.
• Scheduling, creation and conducting pre and post assessments.
• Conducting, co-creating and facilitation and monitoring all aspects of listening sessions.
• Identifying and engaging CBO’s, agency partners, community partners, youth, and government at the local, county and state level to support equity initiatives.
• Team Building
• Conducting qualitative data gathering that centers youth perspective and participation.
• Train youth to plan and organize and distribute surveys, conduct focus groups and stakeholder interviews.
• Development and execution of parent engagement recruitment strategies.
• Create learning activities/exercises to engage youth.

Other Qualifications for Transformational Coach:

• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• 2-3 years demonstrated youth engagement
• Familiarity with project management software tools (Monday.com, Microsoft Teams)

Salary: Up to $32.00 per hour

Job Type: This is a full-time position.
