The first step is to email Mary Beth Lepkowsky, at [email protected] with your one-page profile/description, resume and one-page letter (yes, only one page) describing why you want to work with H S A. Please submit by August 18,2023 for priority consideration.

Step two: Successful candidates will be invited to a group interview on Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 1pm to 4pm PT, via Zoom. You will meet with the H S A team and other candidates to see if H S A USA is a good match for you, and check that you can deliver what we need.

Step three: After the group interview, we want to see successful applicants in action with a group. We can be flexible about how/where this is delivered and shared. You can send a video of yourself delivering a training program, or you can deliver a portion of training to us via Zoom.

Final step: If invited to join our team, you will have a final conversation with Mary Beth to design your role with us in more detail, and then finish up with reference checks. We would love you to start with us by mid to late September.

We look forward to hearing from you.
