Job Description

At HCL Tech, our Consultants in the Digital Consulting practice work as true partners to our clients to help them through their digital transformation journeys. Our team is looking to add a Training Consultant to our practice to help with Training initiatives and Instructional Design. Our team thrives on opportunities and challenges and stays focused on solving business challenges.


To succeed at HCL Tech you will be a driver with a flexible working style, and excellent communication skills; you will think strategically and act tactically; you will be the person on the team our client cannot live without!


What we are looking for:

  • 5+ yrs training-related experience
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Instructional Designer with experience in developing learning content such as training scripts, storyboards, job aids, training guides
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
  • Change Management Consultant with training expertise
  • Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Clarity, & Camtasia
  • Strong written communication skills & presentation skills
