Job Description

As a Trading Assistant you will play an integral part in the life cycle of all events offered by the Company, assisting with the growth and expansion within the US market, at our offices based in New Jersey.


We are looking for highly motivated individuals who will relish the opportunity to work in an exciting fast paced industry, with a passion for sports as well as being reliable and responsible.


Successful applicants will provide administrative support to our Traders covering a wide variety of sports and providing the link between our Trading Department and our online operations.


The role will involve flexible working hours, including evening and weekend work to cover the busy sporting calendar and all relevant training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Verifying and creating the events offered on our website.
  • Investigating and resolving potential issues, including the escalation of time critical issues.
  • Communicating with external sources and other internal departments.
  • Monitoring and maintaining regulatory requirements for our product across all platforms
  • Offering front line support to In-Play and Pre-Game Traders.
  • Ensuring prompt settlement of events.


Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic individual keen to work in a stimulating, fast paced environment.
  • Accurate data entry and efficient problem solving.
  • High level of numeracy.
  • Experience in a trading environment would be beneficial but not essential, as all relevant training will be provided.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent knowledge of and passion for US sports, as well as other major global sports.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Logical thinker who is accustomed to working under pressure, with ability to shift focus where required.
  • Computer literate with a sound knowledge of MS Office programs.
