Trade Marketing Manager, CoverGirl Skin (Skincare Manager)


Trade Marketing – New York


COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.


The Trade Marketing Manager, CoverGirl Skin will develop go-to-market strategy for COVERGIRL Skincare and other parts of the business to deliver best-in-class marketing plans for all classes of trade (Mass, Drug, Food) to maximize sales, revenue and market share.


The candidate will work with the markets to deliver robust, innovative, on-brand and high-quality launches, activation programs, and established promotional guidelines.


The following will be part of the main scope of the work:


  • Be the voice of Sales to Marketing and Marketing to Sales.
  • Competitor and industry analysis.
  • Develop efficient promotional plans.
  • Analyze industry sales trend and potential/emerging portfolio to share with brand marketing team.
  • Work closely with sales teams and brand marketing team to develop annual trade marketing / channel promotion calendar and tactics that in line with brand strategy and sales target achievement.


Qualifications


We’d love to see candidates who have:


Essential:


  • Nielsen/IRI/NPD/Data analytics
  • 4 year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
  • Agility to work on various projects to create value to the business
  • 6+ years related trade/marketing experience in marketing
  • CPG Sales experience of any kind
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills.
  • Proficient in the following systems: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Desirable:


  • E-Commerce familiarity
  • Direct trade marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Beauty experience

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
