About The Organization And Position

A wonderful organization that provides cutting-edge treatment to adolescents ages 13-18 in the Lake Bluff area is searching for a strong Individual Therapist to join their IOP team. In this exciting role, you will provide continuity of care for clients stepping down from residential treatment as well as clients joining the IOP program. With a caseload of 8-10, clients have substance abuse, depression, and anxiety.

Responsibilities

• Provide progress updates to parents.
• Attend weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision.
• Timely completion of documentation (may include assessments, treatment plans, progress, group notes, discharge summary) according to established standards.
• Provide intervention and milieu management as needed.
• Facilitate individual and group therapies as assigned.
• Conduct risk or crisis assessments and provide crisis intervention/management as needed.

Experience

• Master’s Degree in a clinical specialization from a state-approved graduate school.
• LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, AMFT or LMFT in the State of IL
