Test Lab Technician Jobs

Position Description:

The position will have the responsibility of performing the inspection of incoming products per company and functional specifications. Position will be conducting reliability, and performance testing on end products, sub-assemblies and components as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute reliability testing of products delivered to the reliability lab.
• Maintain acceptable lab appearance.
• Conduct testing as assigned by lab supervision.
• Unbox product as received and perform out of box audits of end products.
• Work with Lab Coordinator to conduct full evaluation of product.
• Utilize data acquisition equipment to capture test data.
• Instrument units, sub-assemblies, and components as needed.
• Analyze data captured by data acquisition to verify that product being tested meets specification.

• Familiar with Programmable Logic Controllers
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Knowledge of cooking, refrigeration, ventilation, and outdoor products
• Has working knowledge of basic test instruments
• Willingness and ability to learn new tasks
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Effective communication, both verbal and written
• Works well within a team environment
• Knowledge of basic AC and DC electrical circuits
• Familiar with MS Office applications
