Quality Technician Jobs

Facilitate and manage the Quality Notification system for both the component and assembly facilities. Provide support to external and internal customers on customer complaints which include interfacing with department representatives, Engineering, Inside & Outside Sales.

Perform X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) inspection to assure compliance to RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substance) directive on received raw material and flat stock.

Our Team

Interface with customers, CSR, Inside Customer Molex Reps regarding product issues, returns, concerns, etc via phone or e-mails. Maintain reporting system for customer concerns and provide to management. Distribute QN reports regularly to Molex managers.

What You Will Do

• Perform daily XRF analyzer energy, drift checks and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Coordinate with department contacts regarding sample collections and assure test results are reported in a timely manner.
• Review all customer quality complaints via SAP QN system.
• Perform required testing with XRF analyzer on collected samples and ensure tests are conducted to the proper company procedures.
• Receive and enter internal customer quality notification in SAP QN system.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in quality related field

• Associates degree in related field
• Experience in manufacturing/quality related field.
