Job Description
Sales Representative Duties And Responsibilities


  • Educate customers on products, service, warranties, and technical support.
  • Responsible for tracking new and existing customer information, forecasts, and reports.
  • Requires consultative-selling skills.
  • Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads and customer database management.
  • Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing.
  • Provide prospect and lead data to Marketing.
  • Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations.
  • Provide account management to an existing territory.
  • Receive feedback on existing products and services, as well as changes, enhancements, and new products.
  • Provides monthly sales report to General Sales Manager.
