Ignite Foodservice Solutions is an industry leader in the Foodservice Equipment Manufacturing Representative space, and with a brand new showroom located in Kent, WA we're now looking to expand our team.
Being able to simultaneously juggle the roles of evangelist, ambassador, educator, coach, and event manager will give you an advantage working within our top 5 sales channels. This position is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you'll be in the office on an as needed basis to support events, customer training, or other activities that are based in the new showroom/test kitchen. The rest of your time will be spent working directly in the territory calling on new and established clients
The right candidate will have a food service background, or a deep understanding of the manufacturer's representative role. Familiarty of the food service equipment dealerships in the Seattle market is a plus. More importantly, we're looking for a candidate that will bring a strong sense of core values, and always be on the side of doing right by our clients, factories, and customers. Must be comfortable walking into any kitchen or foodservice operation and starting a conversation, find solutions based on discovery, and track your results.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with our core customers, factories, and end-users.
- Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations throughout the territory and the line card of foodservice equipment manufacturers.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the Ignite team.
- Generate potential leads for future sales, establishing a pipeline, as well as setting and exceeding quotas.
- Track and report sales in an organized manner.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and communication skills.
- Must have at minimum a basic understanding of the restaurant, hospitality, and culinary industries, although direct hands on experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Gmail, and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to travel in order to do business throughout the Seattle Metropolitan area.
- Multi-tasking with an ability to schedule your time to meet the needs of the factory and customers in a large territory.
- 2- 5 years of sales experience.
Benefits and Salary Range

- Monday through Friday, with nights and weekends off (depending on travel or occasional events) Most holidays are observed.
- Two weeks vacation as well as the week of Dec. 24th until Jan. 2nd, and your birthday are all paid time off upon hire date.

- Salary $75k to $85K base salary depending on experience.
