As we navigate the early waves of success, we're seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to lead our expansion across the landscape of the Tennessee Market, including Convenience Stores, Liquor Stores, Alternative Channels like Smoke/Vape shops, and even Restaurants and Bars.
Position Overview:
NOWADAYS is on the lookout for an energetic and self-motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Territory Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in NOWADAYS' growth, focusing on new customer acquisition, effective merchandising, captivating product tastings and demos, and nurturing strong distribution partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Customer Acquisition: Seek out and engage prospective customers in Convenience Stores, Liquor Stores, and Alternative Channels.
2. Merchandising: Ensure NOWADAYS products stand out on every shelf, adhering to our merchandising standards.
3. Product Tasting/Demos: Conduct effective product events to drive product adoption and sell-through at every level.
4. Distribution Partner Collaborations: Cultivate strong and supportive relationships with our distribution partners, making NOWADAYS products accessible and keeping our partners engaged and enthusiastic.
5. Sales Targets: Don't just meet targets; exceed them. Propel revenue growth and etch NOWADAYS into the market's consciousness.
6. Market Insights: Lead the way by staying ahead of trends, outmaneuvering competitors, and helping shape the strategic future of NOWADAYS.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience, beverage or CPG industry, is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to acquire new customers and cultivate lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
