Temporary Digital Marketing Coordinator

Overview:Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of various research materials.
• Pulls analytics data for website, newsletters and social media and work with team to analyze.
• Shares social media creator trends and best practices with the team
• Partner with content team to ensure website functionality and user experience are top notch
• Contribute to the design and content of website-related research projects and studies
• Transcribe and tailor content for Spanish newsletter
• Identify and brainstorm new and relevant creator relationships and creative approaches to campaigns
• Update Spanish content on the website to ensure all English content is also presented in Spanish and that format, writing style and translation are accurate.
• Interacts with other social media accounts and commenters
• Builds cross-functional relationships across Fred Hutch with other social media, marketing, and communications team members
• Collaborates with internal teams to align on messaging, approvals, goal alignment, etc.
• Programs weekly content on ENG & SPA homepage of website
• Actively participate in brainstorms and content strategy discussions related to the website, social media, and beyond.
• Serve as a translator for various content related to research projects, the website, etc.
• Works with the team to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social marketing tactics and strategy, and finding ways to pivot to improve efforts as necessary
• Work closely with the Multimedia Content Manager to develop and hone voice and visual style.
• Translates, creates designs, creates hashtags and posts social media programming

Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress or another CMS
• Ability to work as part of a team of content contributors
• Exceptional organizational skills
• A passion for transforming lives and mission driven work
• Design skills and experience with Canva or Adobe Express or similar platform
• Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tracking tools
• Exceptional English and Spanish grammar and marketing writing skills, and ability to tailor each to specific channels, audiences
• Ability to evaluate content performance
• Minimum of one year of experience in a digital media role
• An understanding of social media strategy and trends
• Speaks and writes English and Spanish fluently
• 2-3 years' experience in communications, marketing or a related field

• Knowledge and comprehension of regional variations of Spanish
