Essential Job Duties
The Research and Program Associate will:
  • Collaborate with PI and faculty at other universities for theme analysis and related research activities
  • Engage in program delivery-related activities which may include conducting in-service programming.
  • Assist the PI in other activities associated with the Family Resource Management program.
  • Use MAXQDA qualitative analysis software to code transcripts
  • Conduct literature search/reviews and organize results to inform research efforts
  • Under the guidance of the PI, employ research findings to develop educational resources and programs
  • Create PowerPoints and related training/presentation materials
  • Engage in research-related activities which may include managing the transcription process/conduct qualitative interviews
