Job Description

As a Marketing Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of the daily activity paperwork generated by the Marketing department.

This is a temporary position however there is no end date. Schedule is 5 days a week, from 1pm to 9pm.

You will be responsible for tracking and ensuring compliance with the established policies and processes.
This position will collaborate with Marketing Leadership as well as Business Management. This is a temporary, full time position

  • Verifying and reconciling no show/chargebacks for activity purchases
  • Pull reports from multiple systems in order to verify all information is complete and accurate
  • Additional tasks as needed
  • Tracking and administration of activity discrepancy points as set forth in the activities policy
  • Research and analyze discrepancies and communicate with Marketing Leaders about discrepancy reasons
  • Partner with Business Management to reconcile and research discrepancies
  • Provide analysis of discrepancy trends and training opportunities
Qualifications

  • Ability to navigate various online systems and good data entry skills
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be detail oriented, able to interpret policies and process and ensure accuracy in paperwork
  • Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
  • Previous experience with data entry / reconciliation
  • Able to work 1:00pm to 9:00pm and flexibility to work on weekends and holidays

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience in an Activity or Vacation Ownership environment
