Teller/New Accounts Representative

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is looking for a Part-time Teller/New Accounts Representative for our Provo branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Balance cash drawer
• Attention to detail
• Respond to customer concerns and provide solutions
• Assist customers both in person and via phone
• Process deposit, withdrawal, and payment transactions
• Open new accounts, process wire transfers and stop payments
• Know and actively cross sell bank products and services
• Provide stellar customer service to all customers

The entry rate for this position is $17.00+ per hour. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 12:00-5:00.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service Experience
• 1-year prior banking experience preferred
• High School Diploma
• 18 years and older
• Cash Handling Experience preferred

• Ability to follow up with customers as needed
• Ambitious and Self Motivated
• Goal Oriented and Driven to Succeed

Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.
