Your Role and Responsibilities
Performs a variety of responsibilities including installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning, monitoring, and configuring complex client and internal information systems, products, or networking systems/components. May be involved in new or complex designs, layouts, products, devices, components, methods, or procedures. Assists with the improvement of technical procedures and/or business processes within the area of technical specialty to enhance the client's technical operation. Offers technical assistance to management and team members. May serve as a lead interface with various network vendors, contractors, and IBM to clients. Responsibilities include: Resolve customer hardware/software tickets. Technical knowledge of the supported platform is required as well as a working knowledge of the hardware. Resolve tickets within the customer Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Must possess superior analytical and communication skills, as well as technical aptitude
- Basic understanding of network operations and support
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience executing production level incident management and outage escalations
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong understanding of server infrastructure
- Working knowledge of cloud technology
- 2 plus years of experience working in IT
- Call center or ticket management experience

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
