Location: San Francisco, California or Remote in US or Canada

The Role:

The Technical Solutions Architect will be responsible for providing Services to assist clients with system testing, document and data readiness, modeling building, and integrations. This will also include the technical support of the Customer Success and Evisort Solutions teams, as well as working with our Data Science and Engineering teams.

What You'll Do:

• Aggregate reports and metrics on customer requests with great attention to detail, in order to continuously improve internal processes and influence the product roadmap
• Create and contribute to policies, technical procedures, technical documentation, awareness, and cross-team training
• Analyze complex customer data to help create organized datasets to be imported to Evisort
• Extend the Evisort Platform by prototyping and building production-ready, customer integrations based on Evisort’s REST APIs and using platforms such as Workato
• Consult with various project teams to ensure that systems are integrated into various applications & comprehensively tested to ensure system robustness, acceptable performance, and reliability
• Be second-level Customer Support, working with customers in real-time to triage issues, create action plans for remediation, ensure root cause analysis is performed, and create a closed loop back to both the customer as well as relevant internal teams. Be the customer advocate between Evisort Support (1st level) and Evisort Product, Engineering, and Data Science groups (3rd level)
• Participate in AI model building using internal tools to deliver direct value to customers

Skills/Qualifications:

• Conversely, also represent the customers for the internal technical teams as well
• Represent the Data and Solutions team on projects, providing coordination, and point of contact to the project team (turning customer requirements into supplier specs)
• Workato experience preferred
• Previous experience in litigation data analytics, data analysis, scripting/programming
• API Integration Build Out: Experience building customer-facing, product API’s and/or proficiency in the Python programming language with a particular focus on data analytics libraries such as Pandas and Numpy
• 2nd Level support: customer-facing experience working in real-time with customers to triage problems, find remediation, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA). Experienced in being a cross-functional customer advocate to solve customer issues
• Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple project deliverables on many projects effectively as well as a working ability to provide accurate project estimates and timelines
• BS, CS, DS, JD Preferred
