Technical Project Coordinator Jobs

mHUB is actively recruiting candidates for the full-time position of Technical Project Coordinator. We are looking for a motivated and organized self-starter with a project management who can engage with small teams and clients to support the management of various engineering, design and development projects. The Technical Project Coordinator will be responsible for fostering relationships with mHUBs network of contractors and clients, identifying opportunities for innovation, supporting the initiation of projects, and supporting the building of teams to execute scopes of work. This role is a full-time position reporting to Hardtech Development Program Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire project lifecycles
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects while identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Develop an understanding of mHUB’s suite of services and programs and differentiated value proposition
• Track progress and milestones
• Lead team meetings
• Check in with contractors on active projects, understand pain points and ensure that they are meeting their deadlines
• Assist in building project case studies, and success stories
• Develop best practices
• Manage the daily operations of active projects
• Work with clients to identify and prioritize product development goals, define scopes of work, and staff teams

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of project management experience
• Familiar with Scrum methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with managers and key stakeholders
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and be extremely organized
• Keen ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients
• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, with proven success in project management
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• A high degree of responsibility, initiative, and professionalism
• Must possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
