Do you want to play a role in creating industry leading customer facing websites and applications?

Prologis is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst that is excited about working with our business and technical teams with a focus on distilling complex and functional business requirements into detailed and precise designs for development. In this role you will play a pivotal role in developing user stories for authenticated and unauthenticated websites and backend systems and integrations supporting these websites.

While collaborating with business teams, you will be responsible for the design of high-quality user stories that satisfy the business needs, and conform to our design principles. You’ll assume ownership of guiding backlog grooming, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and metrics for projects, collaborating with a team of business stakeholders and developers to assure the delivery of high-quality products.

How We Work

• We believe that business applications and business processes are very closely related and inseparable. Building proper data structures therefore requires a thorough understanding of business processes. Candidates interested in this position should at a minimum have a basic understanding of process frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma or BPMN.
• Delivering quality is at the core of our development process and production support. This means we capture requirements in clear, unambiguous ways. We leverage technical constructs like SWOT analysis, scaled and robust solutions. We unit test our deliverables, write test cases, and always peer review each other’s code. Our code is tracked and version controlled in GitHub.
• Our programming philosophy is deliver high-quality products for our customers. When designing new features, we always have the end user, business process, and potential future use cases in mind.

What We Are Looking For

• You deal well with uncertainty. When creating new features things don't always go as planned. You are happy to pivot or start over if needed.
• Experience in B2B customer experience is a major plus.
• You manage projects from conception to completion, creating and following up on milestones.
• Self-motivated to create a frictionless customer experience as possible. You believe that there is always something that can be improved, but embrace that good enough is good enough. That includes the documentation of your own work and that of others.
• Strong understanding of scrum and agile methodologies, including user acceptance testing.
• An eagerness to keep up with technology advancements, changes in business trends, and a strong desire to learn.
• Proven experience on several complex digital transformation projects including CMS, CRM, CDP and multi-application integrations in a cloud ecosystem
• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technology or IT.
• Advanced knowledge of product roadmapping including proper use of concepts such as RDBMS/NoSQL DB, Application KPIs. Knowledge of e-commerce, B2B digital applications, and marketing technologies including A/B testing is a plus.
• Creative thinker that generates ideas about how data and analytics can be used to support long term company growth and success. You think from the customer and business perspective. You are comfortable making decisions to achieve long-term objectives vs short term wins.

Hiring Salary Range of $90,000 - $133,000. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. All full-time roles in the US come with a robust benefits package which includes healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents. Prologis also offers several other wellness, financial, and work/lifestyle-specific benefits. Our 401(k) retirement plan has a company match of 50% up to 12% of eligible compensation. We also offer generous PTO with a starting accrual of 22 days a year in addition to paid holidays and volunteer time.
