Team Lead Recruiting Part-Time

Drive quality and production among the recruitment team.

Shifts are as follows (totaling 25 hrs/wk) and are in Eastern Standard Time:

Thursday – 5-9pm

Friday – 5-9pm

Saturday – 10:30-4:30pm

Sunday – 10:30-430pm

plus one other day a week for a 4-5 hour shift

Requirements

• Filter Sample for open quotas per recruiter
• Assisting with Recruiter questions and tech issues
• Make sure Recruiters are dialing on what they are scheduled for
• Confirming will handle overflow and any requests within 48 hours of study date
• Make decisions on who needs to be cancelled and replaced based on attempts to rescreen, attempts to remind, or any sort of answer change or articulation based on screening/rescreening, not able to verify HCP/B2B.
• Checking dials
• Throughout shifts, mentor recruiters
• Collaboration of Supervisor/Team Leads
• Handle any special PM requests, schedule holds (already full screened), ask additional questions, etc
• Make sure Recruiters have all pertinent information needed for the study
• Pull OSS and Confirmation Recruited Respondent Report
• Ensure respondent validations happen
• Pull, blast and monitor sample
• Check quotas per project
• Recruiting Ops discussion on job progress and when to move from Oss the floor traditional
• Overflow Recruiting/OSS Rescreening/Confirmations
• Make sure briefings are listened to if applicable
• Answer recruiter questions
• If low dials, check for issues
• Handle these tasks if 48+ hours before study date
• Escalate any issues to the Zone Supervisor
