Make sure Recruiters have all pertinent information needed for the study

Make sure briefings are listened to if applicable

Make sure Recruiters are dialing on what they are scheduled for

If low dials, check for issues

Assisting with Recruiter questions and tech issues

Handle any special PM requests, schedule holds (already full screened), ask additional questions, etc

Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager

Practice impeccable customer service skills.

Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
