As a Project Manager at CTI, you will join a team that leverages the Company’s proprietary tax software to provide an accurate and efficient tax study with superior quality which maximizes business boosting benefits. Our roster of clients includes companies of all industries and sizes such as engineering, manufacturing, software, architecture, restaurants, wineries, and breweries.

WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE:
- 3 Weeks PTO.
- 9 paid holidays plus week between 12/25-1/1 off with pay.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization. You will manage, maintain, and deliver successful projects while continuing to build high-level client relationships.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in creating, writing, and updating SOPs.
- Build, maintain, and cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring any questions and/or concerns are resolved in a timely manner while providing the highest level of customer service.
- Effectively plan and prioritize assigned projects to meet business objectives and timelines.
- Participate in field activity as necessary.
- Direct and supervise activities, projects, or workflow by providing instruction, training, support, and guidance.
- Work directly with clients to complete tax credit projects.
- Support the Business Incentives Department with research and feasibility studies.
- Manage and oversee your accounts and reports throughout the year with a focus on customer service, attention to detail, and workflow.
- Expectation of confidentiality in all business matters.
- Communicate project status and issues with stakeholders. Document and communicate project progress to all communication channels. Proactively communicate information needed by team members to complete their tasks and with stakeholders that play a role in the project.
- Coordinate with upper management to assist and complete task/assignments as necessary.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize activities.
- Ability to recognize when an incident needs to be escalated.
- Willingness to change to meet organizational needs.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, including a friendly attitude, empathy towards users, patience, attention to detail, good communication, sense of urgency, creativity, etc.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to process and maintain confidentiality while processing sensitive data.
- Work effectively with both internal and external customer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Project Management experience 2-4 years required
- Customer Service experience 2-3 years required
