Job Description

A leading technology driven trading company in Chicago with a rich 35 year history is looking to hire a Systems Support Engineer to join their growing technology operations team.


You will focus on IT systems and applications that allow business users to perform their daily tasks; finding a blend of functionality and manageability between users and administrators. We are looking for a candidate that will revel in seeking that balance and running systems that consistently work well.


You will be the main point of contact for the Chicago office on the front lines of IT support and as such we are looking for the following qualifications:


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • In depth experience in trouble shooting IT issues in user endpoints (desktops, laptops, mobile devices etc).
  • Passion from problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows stack (O365, AD, Azure etc).
  • Strong documentation mentality
  • Strong passion for technology and desire to work in a broad scope
