What You Will Be Doing
As a key member of the Infrastructure team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:

• Performs patch management of various systems including, but not limited to, security appliances, servers, and other endpoints as requested.
• Helps train support team members and watches the infrastructure ticket support queue.
• Responsible for maintaining and documenting network infrastructure, servers, SAN/NAS shared storage, hypervisors, etc. as requested.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and new technology related to networking infrastructure.
• Helps write support documentation.
• Helps manage cloud PaaS (Azure) and SaaS (O365).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Need for this Position

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments, Azure preferred
• Experience with Fortinet preferred.
• CCNA, NSE, VCP, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure Administrator, and/or similar certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in virtualization such as VMware preferred.
• Working knowledge of Office365
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 4+ years of experience in network and server administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
