Job Description
Position Description: SURGERY SCHEDULAR WILL BE REQUIRED TO GET PRIOR INSURANCE AUTHORIZATIONS FOR PROCEDURES & SURGERIES. KNOWLEDGE OF CPT CODES AND ICD-10 CODES IS HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED. WILL ORGANIZE DAILY SCHEDULE FOR PROCEDURES AND SURGERIES. THIS POSITION WILL ALSO FILL THE ROLE AS FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST, ANSWERING PHONE CALLS, TAKING MESSAGES FOR DR.
GREETING PATIENTS AND ENSURING PAPERWORK IS CORRECT AND FILLED OUT PROPERLY.
