About the Role:

Title: Tier 2 Support Technician

Day to Day:

We are seeking a Tier 2 Support Technician. This role provides Technology/Application Support end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's Salesforce application suite environment. This includes diagnosing reported problems within the application suite to ensure optimal functionality and performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.

Must Have:

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards across functional groups
• Deliver documentation on how to use Salesforce solution Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
• User access rights management
• Manage elevated access requests Analyze integration issues and data flows
• Ability to provide day-to-day technical support to Salesforce Users globally (L2)
• Create and maintain report types

Location: Tampa, FL (Remote)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $45,000 - $46,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
