Position Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual not required but a big plus for duality
• Bachelor's degree or in process of obtaining one in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, or another related field
• At least one year of experience working with children with autism and related disorders. (Recent grads encouraged to apply)
• RBT credential or obtain within 60 days of hire
• Must speak fluent English, as all our sessions are conducted in English.

Job Duties and Description:

• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress
• Electronic data collection for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Log and input all data/notes according to company policy
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related disorders in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Attend monthly company training
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Work with children ages 18 months to 15 years
