You'll use your knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to develop individualized treatment plans for each child, and you'll work closely with their families to ensure they're making progress towards their goals.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• How many years of experience do you have with children ages 2-10?
• Do you have an active CPR Certification that was completed in person? (Yes/No)
• Do you have the ability to pass a background check?
• Do you have a Registered Behavior Technician certification that can be verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board website (BACB) or do you have the certificate of completion of the RBT 40 hour training course? If not, please apply to our other open position.

• Ability to work full-time between the hours of 8:00 am & 6:00 pm - (not 4:30, 5:00 or 5:30pm - must be available until 6:00 pm) (Yes/No)
• I understand and accept that the hourly pay range for this role is $17.00 - $25.00 depending on experience. (Yes/No)
• Ability to obtain a CPR certification IN-PERSON prior to start of employment. (On-line certifications are unacceptable and identified through verification servers) (Yes/No)
• I understand that all training, meetings, or other non-client facing work is paid at a flat administrative hourly rate of $11.00 an hour. (Yes/No)
