Holder Construction Company, an Atlanta based commercial construction company with operations throughout the United States, is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology associate to join our Atlanta, GA office. The IT support associate will be the first point of contact for associates requiring hardware assistance with their IT products. Assistance will cover a wide range of IT questions, support, and end-user training.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with additional projects as needed
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• New associate technology orientation
• Up to 3 years of experience in related field
• Ability to research and troubleshoot technology problems
• Provide technical support via phone, remote desktop and in person
• Associate degree or greater in related field, or relevant industry experience
• Flexible hours and travel will be required
• Technologies you will support include: Office 365, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Printer/Copiers, LAN/WLAN, Windows 10, MacOS, Egnyte, Intune, iOS, Android, Zendesk, Docusign
