What Will You Be Doing?

As Supply Planner , you will review demand within the ERP system (SAP) and plan shipments accordingly. You will escalate deviations to the appropriate audience and communicate directly with suppliers to control on time deliveries. This role will also complete transactions within SAP and ensure the system is kept up to date.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Keep master data up to date (products and suppliers)
• Perform transactions in ERP system
• Creation of shipping documents for transfer of finished goods
• Plan and organize shipments from our production sites
• Share production planning file to EMS
• Review demand and plan purchase requisitions accordingly in the ERP system
• Enter committed data from EMS into ERP system
• Correspondence with EMS and suppliers
• Plan, place and follow up on purchase orders placed towards EMS
• Controlling of shipping dates from EMS and escalation in case of deviations

What’s Required:

· Experience working in SAP S/4HANA

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or another related field. (or relevant experience in lieu of degree)

· 2+ years of experience working in a similar Supply Chain role.

· Experience placing and managing purchase orders.

· Experience in operations, inventory management and MRP.

· Proficient in the utilization of MS products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and Outlook)

Nice To Have Skills:

· A certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar certification from an organization like APICS.

· Experience managing high volume supply chain operations.

· Knowledge of EPDs (electronic paper displays)

· Data analytics experience a plus.

· Experience working with production planning for sales orders and external customers a plus.

· Retail experience is a plus.
