The Reverse Logistics Demand Planner is responsible for delivering accurate forecasts and inventory allocation plans to ensure that all of our partners get adequate inventory on time to avoid stock outs, across all of our regions for consumer electronics products.

The RL Planner will be working in collaboration with Planning Leads and Supply Teams to ensure product is being moved and does not age or go out of stock in our warehouses globally.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Sustain optimal inventory levels across assigned SKUs by allocating physical inventory across global logistics partner network based on daily monitoring of inventory availability.
  • Work with partners for repair plans and execution of plan.
  • Analyze sales trends to update monthly and lifetime demand forecasts.
  • Provide accurate and insightful returns forecasts and demand models for various products
  • Determine strategy for EOL device support based on demand volumes.
  • Prepare weekly supply and demand reports for warehouses to weekly forecast reports for various internal and external partners to assist in monitoring supply levels.
  • Manage finished goods pristine and refurbished inventory for warranty requirements to maximize customer service levels and mitigate excess and obsolescence risks.
  • Use sales lifetime forecasts, operational capacity constraints, and inventory supply levels to adjust forecasts based on demand.
  • Partner closely with Service Components Planning team to align on parts demand forecast, short term and long term procurement decisions.

Basic qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Demand Planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Logistics Inventory Management
  • Reverser Logistics experience
  • Experience with SQL and Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree

Professional Skills Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams and external vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Analytical fluency using spreadsheets.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

Colorado $26.20 to $54.52

New York - Albany $24.28 to $50.48

New York City $30.34 to $63.13

Washington $27.93 to $58.08
