Contractor, Order to Cash coordinator Commercial Ops

Princeton, NJ - location

Contract: 5 months, w/possible extension

Pay Rate $40-55/hr

The Role

The Contractor will support Moderna’s US Commercial Operations. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a critical part of the engine fueling a high growth organization that is radically hanging the biotech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both the launch and ongoing manag ement of the commercial order management process. This also includes supporting the US Account Management teams by assisting in managing the operational aspects of complex customer relationships.

This role will also support project activities related to the Orders to Cash process, This role will support the Associate Director and collaborate with internal teams to support Moderna’s customer experience.

Here’s What You’ll Do

 Provide oversight of all aspects of the order fulfillment process for Commercial customers,

including but not limited to supporting order entry, order tracking, shipping confirmations, and

resolutions of customer service issues. Provide visibility of issues and resolutions to internal

stakeholders.

 Work closely with Directors, Account Management teams, and Medical Science Liaison Team to

ensure defined Customer service level is met or exceeded.

 Provide support and eventually lead the vendor set up process.

 Support and Collaborate with the Customer Onboarding coordinator to ensure customer

onboarding is timely and accurate for all Moderna customers.

 Providing administrative support to the Commercial/Sales organization.

 Provide support to AD of Comm Ops for any order/return escalations.

 Provide support for wholesaler/distributor order to cash process which includes order update,

shipping information, claims and returns.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field

 Experience in vaccines, pharmaceuticals, distribution, or Orders to Cash processes
