Job Description

**Must be located on the West Coast**


Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP initiatives throughout integration and future adaptations
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain while developing strategies to support the long-term strategy and future growth of the business
  • Identify areas of opportunity and process improvement for internal mfg site
  • Evaluate employee performance and build out a team as necessary
  • Implement KPIs/scorecards to maintain and improve OTIF
  • Identify new partners (coman/3PL) and be responsible for the vetting/RFP/onboarding process

Candidate Profile:

  • Background in food or beverage
  • Experienced in process/cost improvements across the entire supply chain
  • Ability to capacity plan for scale ($50-$100mm)
  • Experience creating the road map for an organization and being able to build out the SOPs during growth
