Our Client, a well positioned leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a skilled professional to join their growing team and drive strategic initiatives on a global scale. This individual will be leading full cycle Supply Chain initiatives with a prime focus on materials and equipment necessary to develop assets.

The Senior Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for:

• Taking into account TCO when assessing suppliers and their ability to provide and support agreed upon services for timelines that can span a decade
• Leading the competitive bid process across potential suppliers
• Development and execution of sourcing strategy for materials and equipment
• Overall demand planning and reliability of materials and equipment
• Acquiring market intel to support internal stakeholders on strategic growth initiatives

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

• Prior experience working with vendors on a global platform
• BS in Engineering or BA in Finance (MBA preferred)
• Proficiency in utilization of analytics tools including, but not limited to, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
• 10+ Years' experience in procurement/strategic sourcing tied to direct materials and products
